Abstract: Better To Cry Now

In my mind, not a month passes,

without considering the death of a loved one.

It’s a sad habit, but worthy nonetheless.

Better to be reminded of the finality of life before it’s too late,

before no more laughs and hugs can be exchanged,

when all that’s left between us is memories and earth.

I am a writer and artist in the early stages of my trek. I spent 20 years trying to be who I thought I needed to be, and now I am running after who I am. Fearless Grit is my space to document and share the process.
